The Trust is looking to appoint a Curling Development Manager and an Office Manager to support the Board in managing and developing the business. An outline of the type of person that we are looking for in each post is described below. Both posts are part-time.

Curling Development Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who has the skills and abilities to lead and manage curling development at Kinross and be an ambassador for the Trust, engaging with Scottish Curling and others to seek and capitalise on opportunities to develop curling at the rink.
He/she will probably be an experienced coach, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage, build and develop a team of volunteer coaches and creating a programme of player development opportunities from beginners to club members.
He/she will work as part of the management team to promote Kinross Curling Rink as a great place for people to work, visit and curl.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who has the skills and abilities to support the Board across all aspects of the business.
He/she will have well developed administrative, IT and organisational skills and will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the business planning process.
He/she will work as part of the management team to support the smooth operation of Kinross Curling Rink.
